24 Hour Timer Setting

Setting of 24 Hour timer as is followed

 

P1 - Is the retard mode (FRIDGE)

P2 - Is the retard mode (STEAM)

To Set A Program:

You first have to set the time that the retard mode is going to turn on then off. To write this program you move the toggle on the top right hand side to P1 and then select the desired day by pushing every day but the one desired to use the cycles. To set the whole week leave the bar above the days that you want to program. The days will have a black bar on top of each day. To unselect a day just push the day and the bar will disappear and then use the hour and minute keys to set the turn on time once. At set time use the write key to confirm. Only push once then you set the turn then you set the turn off time and confirm with the right key also. To set the prove cycle move the toggle down to P2 and set the turn on and turn off times and using the right key to confirm on. After setting all the programs set the toggle to run.

After Setting The Toggle:

To run you must ensure the two manual override toggles are set to the auto so that the retard and prove will automatically turn on and off.

To Use The Manual Override:

When The Toggle Is Out: 1 is Retard Mode and out 2 is prove mode. Simply use like an ordinary switch turning the retard off and then the prove on. The retarder and prover modes are electrically interlocked. As for the reason that they can not be both switched on at the same time.+

Temperature:

The prover should be around 45-50 degrees, Dry Heat 65%, Humidity 60%.

To Set The Fridge Temperature:

Hold the set button until the temperature starts flashing. Then use the arrow keys to set desired temperature. Then hit the set key to confirm.
